Digital workplace, from day one to the last

We look after every employee’s workstation for its whole life: device, applications, licences, security and support. Your team arrives on day one with everything ready, and when someone leaves nothing is left open.

Standard profiles

Every role with its workstation defined

Each profile has its device, applications, licences and security defined in advance, so onboarding is not improvised and support knows what to expect.

Office

Fixed desk with monitor, dock and peripherals, ready to be back in the office without friction.

Mobile

Light laptop and corporate phone, with the same policies and the same support wherever they are.

Creative

Graphics performance, a calibrated display and design applications with their licences up to date.

Technical

Workstation with development or engineering tools, isolated environments and controlled access.

Executive

Support priority and reinforced protection, without giving up mobility or autonomy.

The journey

From order to retirement

Eight steps, one single point of contact. Each one has an owner and a check before moving to the next.

  1. Standard per profileWe inventory what you already have and define each standard profile with its device, applications and permissions. Every onboarding, change or purchase then follows that same criterion.
  2. Purchase and logisticsA closed catalogue per profile, bought outright or as a service. We are a Microsoft, Lenovo, Sophos, Barracuda, IBM, AWS and Airtame partner, and we work with Apple and the rest of the workstation vendors. Devices arrive registered and sealed at the office or at the employee’s home, ready for deployment.See Device as a service
  3. Automatic deploymentWith Windows Autopilot and Intune, the employee switches the laptop on, signs in with their account and applications, policies and encryption are installed. Macs and phones join with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise, keeping personal and corporate use apart.
  4. Workstation securityEndpoint protection installed during deployment and connected to the SOC (Sophos or Microsoft Defender), conditional access for compliant devices and automatic patching of Windows and applications.See Cybersecurity
  5. LicencesThe right plan for each profile and control of the spend: no licences forgotten after someone leaves and no plans above what the workstation needs.See Licensing
  6. Joiners, changes and leaversNew starters arrive to a ready workstation. When someone leaves, access is blocked, the device is wiped remotely, licences are recovered and the device is collected.
  7. Support and experienceHelpdesk and self-service through the Company Portal, with battery, boot and freeze monitoring so devices are replaced before they fail.See 24/7 SOC-Helpdesk
  8. End of lifeDevice collection, certified data erasure and refurbishment or recycling with a certificate.
The complete workstation journey, from device order to retirement, in order.
Specialised services

Digital Workplace specialised services

Two services you can contract separately, with the same point of contact as the rest of the workstation.

Projects

Projects to start with

The usual entry points: start with one and the rest fit in afterwards.

Windows 11 migration with Autopilot

We move the estate to the current system without reinstalling device by device: the employee switches on and finds their workstation.

From classic management to Intune

We leave images and GPOs behind and manage the estate through policies, with inventory and compliance up to date.

Microsoft and Adobe licence audit

We review what is assigned, what is unused and what is oversized before the next renewal.

Getting Microsoft 365 ready for Copilot

We sort out permissions and data before switching on AI assistants at the workstation.

Common questions

Questions about Digital Workplace

What is a new employee’s first day like?
They arrive, switch the device on and sign in with their account: applications, email, permissions and encryption are already in place. No morning of installs or waiting.
What happens to the device and the licences when someone leaves?
Access is blocked, the device is wiped remotely and collected, and the licence is recovered and reassigned. The mailbox becomes shared or archived according to your policy, and you stop paying for that workstation.
Does it include user support?
Yes. Workstation support integrates with the 24/7 SOC-Helpdesk: self-service, first-level resolution and escalation when needed.
Does it integrate with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Yes, and with the collaboration tools you already use. We unify on what is there; we do not add another platform on top.
Can you manage Macs and personal phones?
Yes. Macs are managed with Apple Business Manager and phones with Android Enterprise or Apple device management, keeping personal and corporate use apart.
Can I pay for the whole workstation as a monthly fee?
Yes: device, deployment, support, insurance and retirement can all go into a monthly fee instead of buying the device and managing it yourself. See Device as a service
