The fee

What the fee includes

What goes into the fee depends on the contract; this is the usual scope.

  • The device, with its warranty and insurance as per contract.
  • Automatic deployment: for workstations, with Autopilot and Intune.
  • Support and replacement in case of failure, through the SOC-Helpdesk.
  • Endpoint protection installed and connected to the SOC.
  • Maintenance and updates for the whole life of the contract.
  • Certified erasure and retirement at the end: renew, return or buy.

How it works

  1. Needs and profilesWe start from the standard profiles and from what needs renewing, not from a generic catalogue.
  2. Proposal with a monthly feeA document with the devices, what the fee includes and the monthly cost, with no hidden lines.
  3. Approval by the leasing entityThe financing entity studies and approves the operation; we prepare the proposal and the paperwork.
  4. Delivery and deploymentDevices arrive configured and the employee starts working the same day they receive them.
  5. End of the contractRenew, return or buy the device, according to what was agreed at signature.

Why it makes sense

No cost comparisons and no tax promises: only what changes in the operation.

  • You do not tie up capital in devices that depreciate.
  • The estate is renewed periodically, without one big purchase every time.
  • A predictable monthly cost for planning.
  • A single contact for device, support and retirement.
Common questions

Questions about Device as a service and IT leasing

How is it different from buying?
Buying means paying for the device upfront and managing it yourself; with the fee you spread the cost, include support and replacement, and renewal is planned from day one.
Can I lease servers or the network, not just laptops?
Yes. Any IT asset qualifies: workstation, mobile, servers, network, printing or meeting rooms.
Who approves the operation?
The leasing entity, after its study. We prepare the proposal and the paperwork; approval depends on them.
What happens at the end of the contract?
Renew, return or buy the device, according to what you agreed.
What happens to the data on returned devices?
It is erased to a certified standard before retirement and the certificate is handed over.
Are there tax advantages?
It depends on your situation and on how it is accounted for. Ask your adviser before deciding.
